Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Please reach out to Info@m2-la.shop with the subject “Return Request” to return or exchange your items. We will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed. Returns must include a printed copy of your confirmation email and all original packaging.

All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Please ensure your return mail has a tracking number and the product is shipped with the original protective packaging to avoid damages.

Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process after the product is received.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our return policies outlined above.
